I bought this for my chihuahua with hope that it will help with tartar. She loves the taste. I give it to her before bed. She licks the gel like it’s a treat. We have been using it for a couple of months and I see a reduction in tartar. We had plans with the vet for dental work in the spring. I am hoping that this helps to delay a cleaning or eliminate the need for one.
Similar to a stick of deodorant the applicator is easy to use. There is not a click as the package describes but it is generally easy to control the amount given.

Way easier then brushing
My girl Skye can be a bit difficult at times even with things she’s done many times so brushing her teeth was not an easy task and we tried different kinds of treat chews but the twist and lick oral gel chicken flavor she loves she gives us no problems and her teeth are nice and white and in the best shape they have been since she joined our family earlier in May of this year. I definitely recommend this product, my dog loves it and it’s so easy to give to her and no hassle of having to get to her teeth or get her to calm down first 10/10.

OMG! This really works!
My dog now runs to bed to get his teeth cleaned. Seriously. This is so easy to use. They lick it right up and he now waits for me tell him bed time and runs to his crate and sits there mouth open ready for his teeth be cleaned. Really helps with dog breath and cleanliness we found. We even got one for the RV so he has teeth ready at night too.
